Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients (except for the salted butter) and knead for 15 minutes.
  2. Form a dough, mix in the salted butter and knead for another 10 minutes until it reaches the 'windowpane' stage.
  3. Punch down the dough.
  4. Press the dough flat, then roll the dough and place it in the bread baking pan.
  5. Wait for 30 minutes until the dough double in size.
  6. Put it into the preheated oven (at 150°C for 2 minutes), and bake it at 165°C for 25-30 minutes, until it turns golden brown.
  7. Once baked, remove from the pan and let it cool before slicing.
