Nutrium Cereal Bread
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients (except for the salted butter) and knead for 15 minutes.
- Form a dough, mix in the salted butter and knead for another 10 minutes until it reaches the 'windowpane' stage.
- Punch down the dough.
- Press the dough flat, then roll the dough and place it in the bread baking pan.
- Wait for 30 minutes until the dough double in size.
- Put it into the preheated oven (at 150°C for 2 minutes), and bake it at 165°C for 25-30 minutes, until it turns golden brown.
- Once baked, remove from the pan and let it cool before slicing.
