Shipping Restrictions
We can ship to addresses in West Malaysia only, limited to residential or commercial address and not to P.O. Box. Please ensure that correct address and reachable phone number are provided when completing your order.

Delivery Lead Time
The delivery dates are estimated based on the availability of your items, your destination and the shipping options you choose. The notification email you received will state the courier service provider with tracking information. The estimated delivery lead time will be 1 - 5 working days from the date of shipping out from our warehouse. Due to the impact of Covid-19, all courier service providers are experiencing unprecedented volume and delays. As a result, your order may take longer than usual to reach its destination. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

Shipping Charges
FREE shipping applies to orders exceeding RM300.
For orders below RM300, there will be a shipping fee charged based on the weight of item(s) you ordered as well as the destination of your order:
1 kg or less = RM4.50, 1 - 2 kg = RM9.50, 2 - 3 kg = RM13.50 and subsequently additional charge of RM4.00 per kg.
The above shipping charges are subject to changes at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

Loss or Damaged in Transit
In case of any problem with your delivery, please report to our Customer Service team and we will be in direct contact with the courier company to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience to you.

 

Return & Refund Policy

1.     You are advised to verify and check the conditions of the products delivered to you upon receiving.

Products purchased by you through Zhulian Online or Zhulian.com.my can be returned for a replacement or a refund within SEVEN (7) Working Days from the date you received the product(s) if:

i.   It is *damaged or defective upon receipt by you.

ii.  There is a discrepancy between ordering and delivery.

*Note: This policy does not apply to damage or contamination due to negligence or deliberate acts. 

2.     Product(s) that are wrongly delivered must be returned in its original packaging - undamaged, useable, resaleable, unopened and unaltered.

3.     You are required to notify us about your return request by completing the required information by clicking the ‘Return Items’ button on the ‘Complete’ page in ‘Order History’ menu under ‘My Profile’.

4.     You are required to attach a copy of Cash Sale and/or Delivery Order together while shipping back the returned product(s) as proof of purchase. The shipping costs of the returned product(s) shall be borne by you. You are responsible for all the returned product(s) until the returned product(s) reach us.

5.     Once it is verified that return terms and conditions are met, we will deliver the replacement to you within SEVEN (7) Working Days from the date we receive your return. 

6.     For refund, the amount of refund shall be paid to you within FORTY-FIVE (45) days from the date of return.  The amount of refund shall be equivalent to the total BV of the returned products less EIGHTY percent (80%) for bonus paid out by the Company and less another FIVE percent (5%) handling fee.

7.     The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any return of products based on the current Return and Refund Policy.
