Mix jelly powder and Homsweet into 1000 ml of water. Stir while heating it until it boils (small fire).
Mix a small amount of ZHULIAN Premix Coffee powder with a few drops of jelly mixture to fill the eyes of the Koi jelly mould.
Mix the remaining ZHULIAN Premix Coffee powder with 1 teaspoon of the jelly mixture and pour the concentrated coffee liquid onto a few spots on the body part of the Koi jelly mould. Wait for about 5 minutes.
Mix Squeezy Rose Cordial with 1 teaspoon of the jelly mixture and pour the mixture onto few spots on the fin and body part of the Koi jelly mould. Wait for about 10 minutes.
Mix Squeezy Orange Cordial with 1 teaspoon of the jelly mixture and pour the mixture onto a few spots on the body part of the Koi jelly mould. Wait for about 10 minutes.
Pour ColoSkim into the remaining jelly mixture and mix well, then pour it into the Koi jelly mould until full.
Cool it in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
