Shipping & Returns
We can ship to addresses in West Malaysia only, limited to residential or commercial address and not to P.O. Box. Please ensure that correct address and reachable phone number are provided when completing your order.
Delivery Lead Time
The delivery dates are estimated based on the availability of your items, your destination and the shipping options you choose. The notification email you received will state the courier service provider with tracking information. The estimated delivery lead time will be 1 - 5 working days from the date of shipping out from our warehouse. Due to the impact of Covid-19, all courier service providers are experiencing unprecedented volume and delays. As a result, your order may take longer than usual to reach its destination. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
FREE shipping applies to orders exceeding RM300.
For orders below RM300, there will be a shipping fee charged based on the weight of item(s) you ordered as well as the destination of your order:
1 kg or less = RM4.50, 1 - 2 kg = RM9.50, 2 - 3 kg = RM13.50 and subsequently additional charge of RM4.00 per kg.
The above shipping charges are subject to changes at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
Loss or Damaged in Transit
In case of any problem with your delivery, please report to our Customer Service team and we will be in direct contact with the courier company to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience to you.
You must inspect the products and verify your order of the products upon delivery, and notify us within SEVEN (7) days from the date you receive the products of any incorrect order or damaged products, by completing the required information in “Return Merchandise Authorisation” page in “Return” under the “My Account” menu. We will only accept returns, subject to the following:
- Product can be returned only in West Malaysia.
- Product can be returned if it is damaged or defective upon receipt by you.
- Product can be returned if there is a discrepancy between ordering and delivery.
- Product must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging. (For the wrongly delivered items)
- You have to bear the cost of shipping the item back to us.
Note: You cannot refuse to accept products merely because they are not delivered by any given date or dates.
If the item you purchased is defective in material due to our fault, we may offer an exchange, at our discretion as appropriate in accordance with these terms within 7 days from the date we receive your return.
However, this replacement guarantee does not extend to damage or contamination due to expiry, negligence or deliberate acts.
You are responsible for all goods until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the goods using a trackable delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
