Squeezy Orange Chiffon Cake

Preparation

  1. Pour the egg whites into the mixing bowl. Keep cool in the refrigerator.
  2. Sieve the cake mix into another bowl.
  3. Beat the egg yolks until pale and thick. Add in corn oil bit by bit, followed by Squeezy and fresh milk while continue to mix well.
  4. Fold in the seived cake mix with the beaten eggs and mix well. Set aside
  5. Whip the egg whites with Homsweet until the mixture becomes fluffy and form stiff peaks.
  6. Fold in the egg whites and Homsweet into the mixture.
  7. Pour the mixture into a chiffon cake pan.
  8. Put into the preheated over at 150°C and bake for 55-60 minutes or until the skewer comes out clean.
  9. Flip the baked cake immediately after removing from the oven and let it cool upside down in the pan for 4-5 hours.
