Mix together the salted butter and Homsweet Pure Crystalline Fructose.
Add egg and beat for about 60 seconds until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Cream together plain flour, Nutrium and baking powder.
Form a round-shaped dough. Put in a plastic bag and roll it out to a thickness of about 0.5 cm. Cool for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Use a love-shaped cookie cutter to cut out the pattern.
Preheat the oven at 160°C and bake for 15-20 minutes. Once done, allow cookies to cool in the oven for 10 minutes before taking out so that they are dried out completely.
Transfer to a container for storage when cookies are completely cooled.
