Squeezy Orange Chiffon Cake
Preparation
- Pour the egg whites into the mixing bowl. Keep cool in the refrigerator.
- Sieve the cake mix into another bowl.
- Beat the egg yolks until pale and thick. Add in corn oil bit by bit, followed by Squeezy and fresh milk while continue to mix well.
- Fold in the seived cake mix with the beaten eggs and mix well. Set aside
- Whip the egg whites with Homsweet until the mixture becomes fluffy and form stiff peaks.
- Fold in the egg whites and Homsweet into the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a chiffon cake pan.
- Put into the preheated over at 150°C and bake for 55-60 minutes or until the skewer comes out clean.
- Flip the baked cake immediately after removing from the oven and let it cool upside down in the pan for 4-5 hours.
