Vegi-Vera Jelly with Kiwifruits



  1. Add jelly powder and Homsweet into 900 ml of water.
  2. Mix and cook mixture until it boils (small fire).
  3. Arrange the kiwifruits slices into the jelly mold.
  4. Pour the mixture up to half the height of the mold.
  5. Cool for 5 minutes in the refrigerator.
  6. While waiting for it to cool, cook the remaining of the mixture (small fire).
  7. Dilute 2 sachets of Vegi-Vera into 100 ml of water.
  8. Pour into the remaining mixture.
  9. Mix well.
  10. Pour into the jelly mold.
  11. Keep cool in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
