Vegi-Vera Jelly with Kiwifruits
Preparation
- Add jelly powder and Homsweet into 900 ml of water.
- Mix and cook mixture until it boils (small fire).
- Arrange the kiwifruits slices into the jelly mold.
- Pour the mixture up to half the height of the mold.
- Cool for 5 minutes in the refrigerator.
- While waiting for it to cool, cook the remaining of the mixture (small fire).
- Dilute 2 sachets of Vegi-Vera into 100 ml of water.
- Pour into the remaining mixture.
- Mix well.
- Pour into the jelly mold.
- Keep cool in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
