New Zhulian Jewellery Limited Service Warranty
Dear Valued ZBOs and Customers,
We are pleased to share an important update with you! Effective 7th March 2025, the new Zhulian Jewellery Limited Service Warranty will replace our previous re-electroplating guarantee.
Under this new warranty, we will continue to provide free labour charges for re-electroplating services. However, due to the rising cost of gold, a gold charge will now apply based on the current Customer Price (CP) of your jewellery.
This adjustment is necessary due to the ongoing increase in gold prices, which has significantly impacted material costs. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and support as we implement this change. Our goal remains the same—to ensure your jewellery retains its durability and aesthetic appeal under this enhanced warranty policy.

Warranty Service & Trade-in Programme
At ZHULIAN, we are committed to ensuring lasting satisfaction with your piece of ZHULIAN jewellery. We provide a warranty service for eligible items and a trade-in programme that allows you to upgrade your jewellery with ease. Customers can now trade in one of their previously-owned ZHULIAN gold plated jewellery for a brand new piece of ZHULIAN jewellery of equal or higher Customer Price (CP), simply by topping up the difference after deducting the trade-in value of the original item.
